Find your rewards
Rewards live under Rewards in the left sidebar of your program. Open it and you’ll see a table with one row per reward, newest first. At the top the page reads View and manage all rewards earned by your affiliates from referred sales. If you’re just getting started and haven’t tracked any sales yet, you’ll see No rewards yet instead, with buttons to import past sales or add one by hand. What each column tells you
Each row is a single reward. The columns break down where it came from and where it stands:- Customer — the referred person the reward is tied to. For a reward that isn’t from a sale, this shows a gift icon labelled Bonus or Content rewards instead.
- Affiliate — who earned it. A tag here can mark an affiliate as a Downline or Original Referrer when you run multi-level commissions.
- Revenue — how much the sale itself was worth.
- Reward — what the affiliate earns from it. This can be cash, a coupon, or credits, depending on the plan.
- Type — whether the reward came from a Sign Up, a Purchase, a Bonus, or a Content reward.
- Source — how the sale reached Referly, such as an integration or an Imported upload.
- Date — when it was recorded.
- Payout — whether the money has gone out yet (see below).
- Status — where the reward stands with you (see below).
Reward statuses
The Status badge tells you whether a reward is cleared to be paid. There are four:- Accepted (green) — approved, and clear to be included in a payout.
- On Hold (amber) — waiting for your review. It won’t be paid until you approve it. See Why a reward is on hold.
- Declined (red) — turned down. The affiliate won’t be paid for it.
- Refunded (red) — the underlying sale was refunded, so the reward won’t be paid. See Refunds.
Whether a reward has been paid
Status and payout are two different things. A reward can be Accepted but not yet paid — it still has to be collected into a payout. The Payout column tracks that side:- Unpaid — earned and approved, but not yet in a payout.
- Payout Created — added to a payout batch that’s being processed.
- Paid — the money has gone out.
Find a specific reward
With a busy program the list gets long, so there are three ways to narrow it:- Search — the box at the top finds rewards by the customer’s name or email.
- Filter — select Filter to narrow by affiliate, customer, group, source, status, payout, country, or type, or to set a minimum and maximum on the revenue or reward amount. Hold Shift while picking options to select several at once.
- Sort — select the Customer, Revenue, or Date header to sort by it.
Open a reward for its details
Select any row to open the reward’s detail panel. It has two tabs:- Details — the date, the type, the commission plan behind it, and the revenue, with the reward amount, affiliate, and payout status in the side panel.
- Calculation — a step-by-step trace of exactly how the amount was worked out. See How a reward was calculated.
Act on a reward
Each row has a menu with the actions for that single reward: Mark as paid or Mark as unpaid, Mark as refunded, Edit (to correct the revenue or reward amount), Change status, and Delete. When a reward is On Hold, hovering its status badge gives you Accept and Reject right there. To handle many at once, tick the checkboxes on the rows you want. A bar appears with the number selected and the actions you can apply to all of them: Create Payout, and — under the overflow menu — Export, Accept rewards, Reject rewards, Mark as paid, Mark as unpaid, Mark as refunded, and Delete rewards. Each of these has its own page below with the full detail.Related
