Create a folder
In the left sidebar, select Marketing Assets. On the assets page, select the Create folder card. Give the folder a Name, add an optional Description to explain what belongs inside, and select Create. Your new folder appears alongside your other folders and assets.Nest folders inside folders
Folders can hold other folders, so you can build a structure that matches how you think about your program — for example a Launch campaign folder containing separate Banners, Emails, and Social folders inside it. To create a folder inside another, open the parent folder first, then use the Create folder card there. The new folder is created at that level.Move around your folders
Select a folder to open it and see what’s inside. When you’re inside nested folders, a breadcrumb trail at the top of the page shows where you are — for example All assets / Launch campaign / Banners. Select any step in the trail to jump back to that level.Move assets and folders
You can reorganise at any time without recreating anything. On an asset, open its menu and choose Move to folder; on a folder, open its menu and choose Move. A dialog opens where you browse to the destination and confirm — you can move an item into a folder or back out to the top level. A folder can’t be moved into itself or into one of its own sub-folders, so you won’t accidentally break your structure.Edit or delete a folder
Each folder shows how much it holds — its number of sub-folders and assets, or Empty folder when there’s nothing inside yet. Open a folder’s menu to:- Edit — rename it or update its description.
- Delete — remove the folder. Deleting a folder also removes the folders nested inside it, so move anything you want to keep out first.
What affiliates see
Affiliates browse the same folder structure on the Assets page in their portal. A tidy, well-named set of folders makes it obvious where to find banners, links, or brand files — which means more affiliates actually use the materials you’ve prepared. Keep names short and descriptive, and group by the task an affiliate is trying to do.Related
