# Marketplace overview

> List your affiliate program on the Referly Marketplace so affiliates discover and join you. Learn where your listing appears, how affiliates browse and join, and what drives your ranking.

The Marketplace is a public directory of affiliate programs on Referly. Affiliates browse it to find products worth promoting — and when you publish a listing, your program shows up there for them to discover and join on their own.

It's the inbound side of recruiting. Where [Influencer Discovery](/docs/help-center/grow/influencer-discovery/overview) is you reaching out to creators, the Marketplace is affiliates coming to you. A good listing works around the clock: affiliates find it, read your offer, and sign up without you lifting a finger.

## Why list your program

## Where your listing appears

Once published, your listing can surface in several places affiliates look:

* The **Marketplace home**, including the featured programs carousel and category showcases.
* **Category and search results**, when affiliates filter to your niche or reward type.
* Inside **affiliate portals**, where existing affiliates browse for more programs to promote.

How high you appear in these places is decided by your **visibility score** — a measure of how strong and complete your listing is. See [Visibility and boosts](/docs/help-center/grow/marketplace/visibility).

## How affiliates find and join you

    When an affiliate joins from your listing, they're placed straight into the affiliate group you chose for the listing — so they land on the right commission terms automatically and can start promoting.

That means every affiliate who comes through the marketplace arrives already assigned to a plan you control — you decide the terms once, when you build the listing.

## Manage your listing

Open the **Grow** section in your dashboard and select **Marketplace**. This is your listing editor, where you build the listing, preview it, and publish it. Your listing is either a **Draft** (only you can see it) or **Published** (live in the marketplace).

  Building and saving a listing as a draft is free. **Publishing** it to the live marketplace requires an active **marketplace license**. See [Marketplace licenses](/docs/help-center/grow/marketplace/licenses).
